Q1 : Why USB 1.1 PHY just is two PAD cell?
Q2 : Where can find these PAD cell name ( T$MC0.13um) and datasheet?
 

q1: my understand is that it's just a IO cell , so it can be drawn in th PAD cell
q2: the same as q1
