A strange error after drc in cadence, need your help!

I draw a layout and creat several pins on metal1.But after drc, in the icfb it shows that 1 lable/pin is on a net with a different name, 1 total errors found.I check the layout but can't find the reason.Could anyone be pleased to tell me the possible reasons about this?

can you annotate the error to find the location?
the error seems easy, it means that the two label on the same metal.
 

it might be bcoz of the short circuit of both the pins..i mean both the layers are connected by some means..u carefully go across the two paths, so u can find the solution.

Why you need pin label for DRC?
It is neccessary only for LVS.
