A simulation problem about nanosim

hi,
It is too slow when i use nanosim samulate a flattend spice netlist.The netlist include a memory array about 0.5M transistors.
who can give me some advice to improve the samulation speed?

Try to set the accuracy level differently according to the nature of each block
