Hello ;
Do you know how can we measure VT and K for a Mosfet in lab? And how can we know that a Mosfet is N-type or P-type?

i think get the datasheet.

find GDS pins........put +5V on Gate-source ..if turns on then its an N.

Knowing nmos:

connect source to gnd.
apply Voltage source across mos drain and source, +ve side to drain.
apply +ve voltage to gate w.r.t source.
if current flows through any one the terminal it's nmos.
