90 degree angle is not preferred in pcb track why?

somebody told me that 90 degree track at pcb act as antenna...
is it correct?
if yes then how?
 

No.. I don't think so I have made various PCBs till now.. Some time I made 90 degree tracks...

rather than 90 degree tracks other angular tracks looks better...
