hello for my project i need to design this circuit but i don't know from that to start. and i must to use IGBT transistors.
i know how to build the IGBT circuit but i need to use driver and PWM modules.

can somebody help me.

what stage are you now since you know how to build igbt circuit?

the first, i found the theoretical configuration of the 6 IGBT transistors that used in the 3 phase dc to ac inverter with 120 degrees, but i need the driver and pwm circuit for operating this

well, their are many H-bridge drivers that you can use,in my own desinge i used IR2112 it works fine or you can use TLP250 it also work too, about the pwm you will write your own program thats suit you.

ok thanks, i'm using the pspice program for simulation
