You may want to look at Magnelab current sensors at Magnelab : Home
I suggest using UCT-1000-100 or SCT-0750-100 to measure your 100 Amp. Magnelab current sensors convert the 100 Amp current to 0.33 Volt, then you may use voltmeter to measure your output. Here is a link:

Hi Sahu,

You have two choices. You could use a "current to current" CT. Many companies offer this kind of CT, or you could make your own. You could use an amplifier circuit to generate the output current proportional to the input current. Here is link if you need further info: Scott at
