This is not a PCB version, it a normal one intended for cable but the cover has been removed and has been soldered on the board directly

This seems like a PCB version, I haven't seem one like this before, it may be hard to find
 

Now,this type is very popular.And many manufatures are making them.But we just supply the 3.5mm jack which likes the picture showed.

so your previous post was not intended as a question but as a solution to the OP question, this was not clear from the content of you reply.
 

i think you can use any nokia 3.5 headset may you can use ,removing its rubber cover
