1. Does anybody know the knowledge for the 3G Phone Baseband?
2. How to design the hardware Circuit(Schematic) for it?
Where can I get the article? I will appreciate your help.Thank you!
 

As for 3G, there are many books in here or bookstores such as amazon.com

I think you can find a lot of information by browsing internet.
For sure, you need to learn about the norm: www.3gpp.org.

About the schematics, they are confidential so very difficult to find on the web.....

You can find lots of book related to 3G mobile system. All many of the book are available in Edaboard forum and you can find some information in this site too www.3gpp.org.

3G has a very complicated standard which defines the parameters for the operation. Try 3gpp.org for more details
