Can i use 1n5822 in smps which run on 135khz 12volt/2amp based on tny280 ic of power integration
thanks.

For the beginning you must check the SMPS transformer secondary voltage with a diode that has a higher VRRM..
A schottky diode is sensitive to over voltages. It is better to use a RC circuit over the diode to reduce the reverse voltage over shots.
Try to mount the diode at 10mm distance of the PCB to avoid overheating. The terminals can remove the heat.
The PCB traces to the rectifier must be as large is possible for the same reason. Use a low ESR output capacitor.
The price can be a problem but a bad capacitor can reduce the life of the SMPS. A lot of low cost SMPS has the same problem.
