hi guys,
how can i drive a 12V dc fan with a microcontroller in the most efficient way.

what fan?
if u use the computer fan with feedback u can use pwm control for variable speed with temprature.
plz specify your need to guidance.

Mabe you can use Solid State Switch(SSR) as your swithd if you need more power for your fan.

add some opto-coupler after PWM will be more reliable on industry environment.
