200mhz oscillator

Could anyone tell me how to construct a high-frequence(200MHz)
circuit if don't use PLL? RC or Ring oscillator can contribute
my wanted? The accuracy can be acceptable on +/- 15% tolerance.
Thanks a lot.

200 mhz oscillator

Hi packet,

such an oscillator could be built in different ways. An easy possibility is a colpitts LC-oscillator. Look at this page (https://www.electronics-tutorials.com/oscillators/colpitts-oscillators.htm), there are some explanations about. You can also build a VCO with this osci-type. The choice a transistor depends on your needed outputpower. A BFP0405 or BFP-0420 gives you surely above 0dBm.

Bye
