Does anyone know how to translate MOSFET with level 3 into format used by Matlab?
 

What do you want to be red by Matlab? Level3 model parameters? Model algorithms? Model analysis data?

I want to model Level 3 Model Parameters into Matlab so that System level simulation can be simulate by Matlab. Any Advise
 

Still I do not understand your goal. You may just copy a list of MOSFET model parameters into your m-file. The params are in the form: VTO=0.5. Also equations of the model you may write in the Matlab language. Symbolic math package may be helpful. Maybe Mathematica or Maple is better with symbolic math.
