what is error 302 in allegro

Hello all,

I received a package of files that was archived in Allegro PCB Studio 15.51.

When I'd tried to link HDL and BRD file I got a lot of errors. To solve some errors, I open PCB file and export libs, associate simulation models and export logic w/ constraints.

I could import it to Concept HDL. But when I export again to Allegro PCB there were lot of errors like this:

#01 ERROR(302) Device library error detected.

Problems with the name of device '74LVC00A_XX-1111110000-VCC3=V_BATT': 'name too long'.

Device '74LVC00A_XX-1111110000-VCC3=V_B' has library errors. Unable to transfer to Allegro.

Does anyone see the same error ? Any tip to solve it ?

Thanks a lot.

allegro_long_package_name

Pls shorten the name of the device and try again

f you want Allegro to accept longer names
(up to 255 characters), you can do so by setting the following environment variable
in your env file.

set allegro_long_package_name

Good luck!!!
Raj.
