""Writing Testbenches: Functional Verification of HDL Models"" by janick bergeron is the best book. u can get the softcopy of this book in this site. search for it in ebooks upload/download.

there is a really nice tutorial by the prosyd project
it's called: property by example guide: a handbook of PSL examples
