How to fabricate patch antenna? [URGENT]

Hi all,

Now, I want to fabricate patch antenna. But I don't know how to fabricate in double layer dielectric substrate to etch the remaining useless part. Please help me. Thanks.

P/S: I do not familiar with fabrication technology.

Not homework and also not the class. Just my lab is not always open, so need finish it as soon as possible. If you can help, please voice out.
