Problem with installing Synplify on Windows XP

hi out there. I 've got Synplify 8.5 with license.txt file both from Synplicity. But i am Still having problems by the installation on a single windowsXP client machine.
Please Help.

My main problem is setting up this floating license thing. What shoud I do with the license.txt file after changing it to license.dat.

Whether you got the latest license manager software ..then go to the SynLm directory and configure
