Can conventional pipeline structure fufill this specs in ADC design?

spec 165Mhz 10bit .18um process 3.3V power enob>8.5

Can conventional pipeline structure fufill this spec?

Can anybody give me some suggestion?

I think pipeline can implement it, but it is a hard wok for 165M operation clock

It is difficult to design so high speed 10bit ADC in 0.18um process

You can use dll to generate clock. good luck
