hello folks,

i have the ic5141 suite and i'm mainly using schematic composer and virtuoso for my work. i'm wondering if there's a way to extract the coupling capacitance for say two metal1s placed side by side. all virtuoso's extractor is able to give me is the metal-to-ground capacitance. are there are any other tools present in ic5141 that i can use to do this?

thanks.

zed.
