Need help on ADC

I am designing a 6-bit ADC for a linear input. The linear input for my ADC is coming from a temperature sensor. The temperature sensor's output is 0.3 at -40°c and 0.7 at 125°c. I have attached the architecture of this design, I take it from a journal.

The problem that I am facing right now is that the ADC design is taking a linear input from 0V-1V or 2V. The linear input has to start from 0V for this architecture. But the temperature sensor's output starts from 0.3V, I need the ADC to start sampling at 0.3V. Is there anything that I could do to tackle this architecture?

Can the SAR architecture allow the input voltage to start from 0.3V instead of 0V?I know most of the ADC, the input would start at 0V. Is there any architecture that could help to solve this problem?

Thanks in advance.
