8051 interfaced to ram

hello everyone i wanted to interface an external ram with the 8051 but i am unable to find the proper chip please help and if posible kindly give some clues on using it

Any RAM which has 8-bit data bus can be easily connected to 8051-derivative microcontroller ..
Here are some examples:
CY6264
CY62128
Cy62256, µPD43256 ..
CY62512
K6T1008
et cetera .. et cetera

it is not beteer
use other chip with 51 ip core!!

you can see philipps or STC's MCU
 

If ur programme is small. then u can use at89s8252. i have build exchenge rate board with this chip. no need any battery backup, no external hardware.
