Hello,

i got a problem routing all wires on my PCB in Eagle Light.
I'm new with this programm and don't want to route all wires by hand (see Files).
the maximum percentage that Eagle has finished were 90% but this is still
unusefull.

I'm open to all suggestions etc.

Thx,

Hello Klaute
I can not open your files, the program gives and 'object error', so I do not know how complex your circtuit is.
It may be that for the layout of components that you have chosen it is not possible to fit in all the tracks easily.
The autorouter, for a cheap program is very good but not perfect by any means, and can not cope with difficult tracking problems.
Either change the positions of some of the components and try again, or you are going to have to do some routing yourself. YOu will see routes that the auto router can not.
If you want to do much PCB layout you are going to have to get your hands dirty sooner or later, you can't rely on the machine to do it all for you or you may end up with a complete mess of a circuit. You have to think carefully about placing the components befeore allowing the auto router to do anything. Even then you may have to rip up some traks and force it to go the way you want.
If it is a simple board track it by hand. You will learn a lot by doing it and have the board you want not the board the machine wants.

Sorry can't be much more helpful than that but from my experience with the Eagle auto router you are lucky to get 90%.

Peter
