What is the best topology for GHz ring oscillator with low power and low phase noise? Do advise, cheers!

From my experience, full differential structure with current source. That should give you the best performance

can u guide me how to design it.. or if u can provide me some matrial related to design.

Havent got hold of it quite well still. Beginner myself.
I reckon the book by Liang Dai on oscillator would help but I am still looking for it.
