calibrating A/D pin for temperature measurement

how could i calibrate an A/D pin of pic 16f872 to measuer temperature without amplifyint the output from the sensor
If anyone has .asm code pliz help
 

well..i made a rutine for obtain stardard desviation...is better use that....get 100 samples (20 ms each), then the media of them, and so on...its easy....

if you use LM35....and 10 bits ADC...then: temp =v*0.4887;
