Hi:
Anyone can tell me some imformation about Microwave equivalent circuits (Books or paper)? Thx

yes in RF circuit design By reinhold ludwig they are given and ithink it is present in ebook well i m not sure

Added after 3 minutes:

yar i think u were talking about transmission line equivalent circuit???

hi
i have kind of especial document that explains nicely how achieve L,R,Cequal for a resonating transmission line (open or short ended).

in case of microstrip circuits the parameters can be achieved.(for example a wide line is like a C and a narrow is L and a patch is an RF choke which takes ripples of DC sources in RF amplifiers)

tell me to send it if you suppose it might help.

well try this one..Microwave circuit design by B.Pejcinovic..i hope it will fulfill ur requirement

Hi!

If I'm not wrong, Pozar also has a book on microwave RF circuit design.

Hope this helps,
Watson

I appreciate all of you for so many good suggestion!
I will find them !
