CMOS inverter

hai..
i want to know the result of characteristic for CMOS 1um technology such as their time rise time fall..

who's know for this characteristic,please tell me..
 

CMOS inverter

build your inverter and dummy load inverter, add test step source, run trasient simulation, measure for rise/fall time.

maybe the man does`nt have the technology !

you can measure it as long as you can find the relating spice-mode
