Looking for circuit to measure shunt and convert for micro

shunt mesure

at first for measure the current i use shunt resistive wire and when i measure voltage i see 65mVac (with voltmeter) how can i amplifier this voltage AND how can i convert to line voltage(in turkey is line voltage 220V)
DO YOU KNOW ANY CIRCUIT TO MEASURE AND CONVERT FOR MICRO
THAK YOU EVERYBODY....

In applications like this (220VAC) you can use isolation amplifier.
Take a look at ISO122: https://www.icbase.com/pdf/BBR/BBR02800106.pdf
This particular amplifier requires small external dc-dc converter, such as for example NMA1212, NMA1215, or similar, but you can find other types of isolation amplifiers with build-in dc-dc block ..

What exactly you are looking by when you say you want to convert the voltage to line voltage?
Do you want to switch the line voltage depending on current or due you want to control it linearly?

It will be better if you tell us the exact requirements and application?

to measure current u can use current transducer as well, like this one **broken link removed**

For such a low level signal you will need a diffrential amplifier. The art of electronics has an example circuit for current measuremnt using the diffrential amplifier. To feed this signal to a micro, you will need to make the signal unipolar (no negative parts). If you just want to measure the RMS of this sinusoidal signal, use a precision rectifier followed by a capacitor to get the peak of the wave. The rms is then this peak value divided by √2.
If you want to make more processing or if the signal is not sinusoidal, you will have to sample this signal at a constant rate. you should first amplify the signal and then add a constant DC offset so that its minimum becomes 0.
