Help me select a mobile phone and microcontroller for SMS interface

hi its me again, regarding about sending SMS message and be read by your Electronic LED moving message diplay, what do you think best mobile to be used... is it nokia, siemens, ericson, or what? i've been researching about SMS microcontroller that will enable to read messages into a new receiver output (which is the LED display), could anyone help me work this out? i'm actually running out of time and desperate so please???? I've read information about sms controller but i'm not yet through understanding this things....

Try:

There you will find SMS controller (Nokia) from Silicn Chip.
Maybe you will be able to adopt this controller to your project.

the kind of mobile is not very imprtant u can use any mobile u just need the cabile between mobile and serial port of PC, tell me what's ur mobile type and i can tell u if it work or not, and due to Ucontroller u nedd one have serial configuration to can deal as PC and parallel ports enough to deal with moving massage display (or it work due to serial port i don't know.) tell me?
