What's the difference between coding for different AT89Cxx mircrocontrollers?

If No then
What’s the difference b/w there coding?
Also tell me the header files for these controllers

yes, you can use the same Assembler and C compiller, look by SDCC Compiler is very good and free
 

AT89Cxx,

yes u can use but if u use keil compiler that will be much more tricky for u n i must say that the keil software is the best coding technique for the microcontroller u mentioned
