I am looking demo circuit schematics for the LTC3723. There are two but here is the link to one.
http://cds.linear.com/docs/en/demo-board-schematic/541asch.pdf

My question is about the current sense pin......
I get that R48/R49 are current sense resistors and R3 is for slope compensation.
I am not sure of the function of R90 and C27 (need to understand so I know if they are needed on my design). The datasheet for the part makes no reference to having these.
I could guess that C27 is to filter the current sense signal (but that still leaves R90 unaccounted for).

Hi,

R48, R49 are just two shunts paralleled resulting in 30mOhm

R3, C27 is for slope compensation.

R90 in combination with R3 jsut generates an offset of about 30mV causing the (cycle by cycle) current limmit to drop from 10A to 9A.
