Is (are) there any marking(s)/code(s) on the PCBs that could be a clue to search for? Is the manufacturer/brand known? Is there anything on the enclosure to identify the device?
I can't be specific but they look like 433MHz AM or AFSK modules. If the chip is marked "K100", a very common type, the full number is TDK5100 or TDK5100F and from there it's easy to work out the connections.
Could it be this TDK5001
**broken link removed**
OR this TDK5001F https://www.kynix.com/Detail/777920/TDK5100F.html
hard to recognize from the pictures, while i personally recommend you to ask someone, maybe a pro who works in a physical store may have a better knowledge about this, maybe a mendery would do you a favor
There are hundreds of these kinds of board on the market and also many custom made ones that do the same job. To a large extent they are electrically compatible because they use the same base components. To find an exact replacement we would need to know where the ones you photographed came from, what kind of equipment was it?
