My circuit has analog and digital grounds. Digital potentiometers are placed under analog ground. These potentiometers has SPI interface which connects to the processor in digital section. Now my questions are-
1. How to feed 3.3 VCC power to digital potentiometers? Should I use separate LDO placed under analog ground?
2. Where should I tie VSS of digital potentiometer AGND/DGND?
3. Recommendation to route SPI signals over split planes?

Your feedback is highly appreciated.

Hi,

What about a picture and a schematic?
