hi freinds.'

iam currently working on my FYP and i have to design a solar inverter basically. so fisrt iam designing a boost converter for it then i will design an inverter to make ac. but my boost conv.. is not working i dont know why plz just tell me where error is in the following circut
Thanks in advace

* A boost converter must always oscillate to work properly. Does your IC produce continual DC pulses to your mosfet gate?

* Increase R3 to 10k.

* Reverse orientation of D2.

* R1 should be a lower value (maybe 1k).

* Your 10mH inductor is a higher value than typically used. Therefore try slower switching frequencies than are typical.

thank u so much sir. now my circuit is working on proteus. kindly just go through my ciruit just once again and tell me is it good for practically to b implemented or should i change some values etc. my ciruit now values are as follow
steping up voltage 60>>330v
output power 363W
ir2112 suply voltage =12v
kindly just tell me if i try to implement it will there b any problem. thanks in advance

Your design works in simulation. I put your values in my simple boost converter schematic. Clock 800 Hz, 83% duty cycle.

Sorry, I have not worked with control IC's such as IR2112.
