FreePDK 45nm installing Problem

Hi dears

I have a problem with install FreePDK45 nm in Cadence virtuoso 6.1.45!:cry:

can anyone help me Please:

My Cadence Installer Home => /usr/local/IC614

0. I uncompressed these File:
• NCSU-FreePDK45-1.4.tar AND (ncsu-FreePDK45-1.4.tar.gz)
• NCSU-LithoSim-FreePDK45-1.2.tar AND (ncsu-LithoSim-FreePDK45-1.2.tar.gz)
• NCSU-CDK-1.5.1.tar AND (ncsu-cdk-1.5.1.tar.gz)
1. I copied folders to several location whit set and run “Setup.csh” (for each location PDK_DIR is uniqe)
2. I run “Setup.csh” script with set variable:
setenv PDK_DIR /usr/local/IC614/FreePDK45
setenv CDSHOME /usr/local/IC614
3. when I run virtuoso I can’t find FreePDK 45nm library
Run virtuoso command (Run terminal in Desktop):
> Lmli
> Su –
> Cadence
> Virtuoso
