Do you have any board recommended to learn it? I am a novice, before a friend recommended me to use friendlyarm development board, would like to see if there are other board suitable for learning it? :-D

Without pointing any brand in specific, although ARM is a RISC architecture ( which in theory would be preferred for learning purpose ), I strongly recommend you to consider using a simplest core, of 8-bit instead of 32-bits.
