hello ,
i am using PIC18F4550 on Mikro C to make USB interface i made the all connection such that the Mikro C connection when i connect the hardware the computer didn't recognize any device on computer

i made the hardware connection of the usb interface of pic18f4550 and when i put the usb on computer the computer didn't recognize it or detect any thing connected and the hardware connection same as the mikro c connection .
thanks,

You need to provide suitable ID on the PIC end and corresponding details in the PC end.

For experimenting, you can give some random ID but for proper use you need to spend money and get a proper manufacturer ID and device ID.

The default drivers will work for simple data transfers.

Usually, if oscillator configured correctly and connection is good everything working fine. USB clock have to be 48MHz. Possible cristal frequencies listed in manual.

Clock frequency is critical as Easyrider83 states but also check you don't have the D+ and D- connections reversed on the USB connector.

Brian.

I made random ID in the usb file descriptor of mikro c like the image and the hardware connection in the another image

thanks

Will never work from 20Mhz cristal

It will; please see TABLE 2-3: OSCILLATOR CONFIGURATION OPTIONS FOR USB OPERATION

page 30-31 (page number at bottom) of the .pdf manual at the microchip site.

OK , thanks a lot for your help i have fixed the problem it was from older version of Mikro C
