How to address the max6953 from a pic(16f84A)?

Hello boys,

Does anyone used the max6953 to drive 4 5x7 led matrix displays? I would be very grateful for some sample code to address the max6953 from a pic(16f84A). I have difficulties understanding the protocol from the datasheets.

hello,

As I said I have already try to connect max6953 with my pc via ltp without any success.I can not monitoring the 4digits on the led dot matrixs using the software from maxim-dallas.Where is my problem?Did you do that kind of connection?

Please I need help

I have tested it using MB.there are built in library routine on SPI and I2C.

Here are samples in the CCS c-compiler.
