Hi i am working in tsmc 180nm tech. I need to do corner analysis at "ff","ss... and so on. I followed the tutorial in this link **broken link removed** and was able to run monte carlo analysis but then when i changed the section from "mc" to "ss" or anything i am getting any error saying statistical variables not defined but able to run "process analysis" alone in monte carlo. Anyone anyone pls explain me what to do to run corner analysis in 180nm??? I was unable to do mismatch as i wasnt provided with the variables from the foundry.. Is this corner anaylsis similar to that??? Or am i missing out on anything.. Can someone pls help!!!! Thanks in advance!!!! :)
