[General] programming issue with P89V51RD2FA

Hi,

I have recently bought P89V51RD2FA from the local market.
I have the development board for programming this 44 pin micro-controller.

But whenever I am trying to burn the firmware over the IC, It says to reset it. I am following the correct process to reset it, but in vain it is not getting reset.

I have tried all option for the same and not able to find out whether the issue is with the IC or with the development board.

Please help me over this.

which tool are you using to download the firmware to chip???
if you are using flash magic then try changing the baud rate ..
