keypad not work at all in proteus

Hi !
i'm using proteus 8.1 but when i want to simulate my project , the LCD and the pic work correctly but the keypad don't work at all , i click on it but nothing happening ( it seem like a image )
 

Hello ismailka

Probably your Proteus 8.1 is a Demo version, for this reason some things are not working.
But if you have that fully version and correctly installed simulator can be several things not working the keyboard:

The program in the PIC.
The way you have connected the keyboard to the PIC.
That keyboard is not suitable to your program.

Why not let us see your design and code that you use ??

Compressed with WinZip or WinRar file that is generated by your simulator and the code. Try also export the file that is generated by your simulator in PDF format.

If we do not see your design is very hard to guess why not work the keyboard.

It does not work. I have tried like you but nothing comes in hand.
