hi all


Im looking for a small package single 2-Input Positive-NAND Gate that work with ttl(5V) voltage and also have a pspice model.
anyone know with this component?

Hi,

Where is the problem?

There are a lot of single gate logic ICs. Also with TTL levels.

Many manufacturers name it similar to : 74HCT1G00

Any of the manufacturers should provide pspice models.
Btw. The single gate devices should exactely work like the triple/quad devices.74HCT00
