[General] Arduino Installation

Hi friends,
I have downloaded the arduino software and it was installed successfully when I was uploading the program it is showing me error .can anybody solve this issue or send me the link to download .
Actually I have downloaded from the arduino software also
 

It is showing me these errors

The correct board is selected in your IDE (Arduino)???

Which your board??? Arduino Uno R3, 2009, Mega etc... Is original or based in CH341???
