Pads router - trace error

Dear All,

I am not able to delete earlier routed trace to draw new trace with different path in Pads-Router design tool.
I have checked all commands set in routing option. I am getting error like - "Unroute Warning: Trace -- rip up prohibited" in the output window at below.
Awaiting solution if anybody has.......

In Pads Layout, bring up the selection filter "Ctrl-Alt-f", set PIN PAIR only, select the trace, right click, properties, un-check protect routes.
