Port refinement, process hf3d error: The mesh on port 1 is non-planar

Dear All

I have two substrate upper and lower,copper is on above substrate and GND is on lower substrate .
I made two cylinders as a probe feed which touches both conductor while simulating i got this problem

[error] Port refinement, process hf3d error: The mesh on port 1 is non-planar. Check the port geometry and verify that the mesh accurately represents the port.

I have uploaded a picture
Can anyone help me with this problem?
