Hello,

What is significance of ScanInversion in STIL file?

Thanks,

ScanInversion is an optional parameter in the optional ScanStructures block of the STIL file which indicates the overall relative inversion between the first scan cell in the scan chain to after the last scan cell in the chain. 0=no inversion, 1=inverted.
