The new SystemC Verification (SVC) Library, adopted by the Open SystemC Initiative (OSCI) last October, defines a standard way to capture transaction-level information that can be used to create functional coverage metrics. What's more, it allows reuse of the transaction-level generation code.

Using OVA for Functional Coverage in Verification Mike Bartley - Elixent Ltd., Presented by Lars Ericsson - Elixent Ltd.

check this paper/presentation..okkkkkkkkk

using transaction level recording u can create a database and then run scripts to extract the coverage info.
Is there any way of doing it in runtime.
