scenario

i have been given duty to control HVAC.. there are two systems installed in the system. i have been asked to cutt-off the system if temperature goes below say T=50 the second should also cut off if temperature goes even below T-5=45 there should also be the bypass system, compressor are being used for tempreture control

solution

i am using T775 honeywell's stand alone temperature controller,

problems or impacts

temperature controller is digital it will shut "off and on" the system at required temperature wont that be a bad for such inductive load..if yes then what should i do .. go for VFDs and temprature controller.. do guide me i am strucked
