In ADS can you tell me in class-E power amplifier, please refer to circuit at point 'A' in Figure at o/p port, How can I plot current and voltage waveform w.r.t to Frequency?
please find attached figure. aa.JPG.

You cannot obtain voltage and current waveform from this circuit because you're doing s-parameters simulation.
You have to use a nonlinear model for the transistor and you should do either a transient simulation or HB simulation.

Thank you sir for ans..
Can u please specify how to use that non-linear model or transient simulation? if possible please show through a figure.

First, you should download the design kit of ATF52189 for ADS ( take care which version you use..) then install it in ADS.( Read the installation guide )
Then it will create a ADS project file and its nonlinear model will be there including package parasitics. After that open a clean schematic page and insert this component from library then make the connections properly ( biasing, load, source, matching etc.) after that do your HB or transient simulations.

Thank you BIG BOSS,
can u send me some example for designing of class e power amplifier ads file as i am getting problerm in calculating PAE, gain and power acc. to harmonic balance simulation. Any full example file for PA design.
