If you are dealing with a limited capacity charging system like a motorcycle this system would allow you to run two incandescent lamps with one half of the power. This will also work for Thermal Electric cooler modules that are notoriously power hungry devices. The way this works is like the wig-wag headlights that the police used on their cars. One channel is on while the other is off. Switching the channels at 40 KHz and you will not see a flickering or flashing effect. I designed this circuit for the use on the Thermo Electric Devices for a company I owned at the time. One line is listed as a control is for a solid state thermostat. Worked quite well. Several of these refrigerator systems are still working flawlessly after 20 years.
