Dear All :

Does Anyone know how to simulate the input reference noise using hspice or spectre-RF , Thanks

just add a reference sinwave small to it

You may also add frequency modulated source

for hspice, use .ac and .noise analysis.

eg.
for a inverter you want to calculate the noise at the output(node out).

then you should insert an ac voltage source(named vsr) inseries the dc soure(which set your operating point)

then

.ac dec 10 1hz 10Meghz
.noise v(out) vsr 10

Does any method using spectre-RF , Thanks

Added after 6 minutes:

Sorry , Example , check the op's input reference noise . If the OPamp is differential , How do you simulate ? Thanks

.ac and .noise analysis, and print the noise voltage at the node
you want to check.
